Seven-Night Minimum Stay is required from Mid-Jun through Labor Day - Saturday to Saturday.  Email for rates for your dates.

All rentals have an additional $125 cleaning fee and $600 Security Deposit

ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A SIGNED LEASE and copy of drivers license; PLEASE CALL or EMAIL FOR Rates & RESERVATIONS.  Rates vary from Early Season to Value Season to Prime Season (early July to late August).

Wifi in until is available Mid May to Mid October. Outside of this, wifi access is in lobby of bldg.
